Technical Recruiter HR

Your Responsibilities
- You source active and passive jobseekers by using e-recruitment tools to add to our talent pipeline
- You help us optimize our recruiting processes and introduce new tools to make our recruiting more effective and accurate
- You work in a data-driven way, set up different KPIs and analyze their performance to accelerate our results
- You bring in your ideas to initiate and drive different projects
- You mentor and coach junior HR team members to help them succeed and develop

Anforderungen

Your Profile
- You hold a degree (apprenticeship/bachelors/masters) in psychology, business or a related field
- You are interested in startups, technology and apps, feeling related to our values and vision
- You have experience in recruiting/talent acquisition for various tech positionsin a fast-paced environment
- You have routinein sourcing talent (ideally with LinkedIn Recruiter or Stack Overflow)
- You have an open and empathetic personality with a positive mindset and are able to attract great talent
- You are characterized by a high people orientation and a reliable and empathetic manner
- You are very well organized with great project management skills, able to prioritize and tackle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent English communication skills complete your profile, German language skills are a strong plus
