Für unseren Kunden, eine der weltweit größten Hotelgruppen mit verschiedenen Hotelmarken und mehr als 1.500 Hotels in 120 Ländern suchen wir aktuell einen Head of Area Business Controller (m/w/d), verantwortlich für Zentral
- und Südeuropa.

In dieser Position fungieren Sie als integrales Mitglied des Area Leadership Teams und sorgen für die strategische und profitable Entwicklung der Unternehmensaktivitäten in der jeweiligen Area.

**Das sind Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte**:

- Sie leiten und kontrollieren die Berichts-, Budgetierungs
- und Prognoseaktivitäten aller Geschäftseinheiten innerhalb des Bereichs und stellen die Erstellung vollständiger, genauer und zeitnaher Informationen sicher
- Sie fungieren als Hauptakteur während aller Budgetierungszyklen und erstellen dabei das Jahresbudget sowie den strategischen Plan des Unternehmens
- Sie führen regelmäßige Überprüfungen und Analysen der Finanzdaten der Hotels und ASO (Area Support Offices) durch. Dies beinhaltet u.a. die Untersuchung und Erläuterung von Abweichungen durch die Überprüfung der finanziellen und operativen KPIs.
- Sie gestalten die verschiedenen Management-Controllingistrumente des Unternehmens. - Sie setzen Ihre Finanz-, Budget
- und Buchhaltungsexpertise, um Entscheidungen zur Ressourcenzuweisung zu verfolgen und zu bewerten und die Kostenkontrolle sicherzustellen.
- Sie fungieren - wenn nötig - als Direktor in den legal Entities
- Sie treiben die Umsetzung von konzernweiten Prozessharmonisierungen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling voran
- Sie tragen zum Konzerncontrolling bei, indem Sie Best Practices teilen und unternehmensrelevante Projekte leiten
- Sie übernehmen die Koordination, Betreuung und Entwicklung Ihrer direkten und indirekten Mitarbeitenden

**Ihr Profil**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss mit entsprechender Buchhaltungsqualifikation oder gleichwertige relevante Berufserfahrung.
- 10-15 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzumfeld
- weitreichende Erfahrung in leitenden Positionen - idealerweise im Hospitality-Umfeld
- Hervorragende Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher in Wort & Schrift)
- Starke Teamfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Denken
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Analytisches Denken und Ergebnisorientierung mit ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten zur Priorisierung
- Leidenschaft für die Arbeit in einer Matrixstruktur und den Umgang mit Veränderungen
- Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement
- Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Menschen
- Europaweite Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 40%) runden Ihr Profil ab
