im Bereich Ground Handling temporär zu verstärken. Die Wartungs
- und Bodendienstgeräteabteilung, als Teil der „Maintenance
and Ground Operations Abteilung“, kümmert sich um das Leben des Hubschraubers am Boden mit dem Motto „Wartung ist
entscheidend für die Hubschrauber Leistung und Sicherheit“. Als Hauptaufgabe werden Sie das Team in der Entwicklung von
Bodenfunktionen (ATAs 07/08/09/10: See-, Luft
- und Straßentransport, Schleppen, Abstellen, Verzurren, etc.) und in der
Definition von Bodendienstgeräten (Spezialwerkzeuge, die von Endkunden für Hubschrauber Wartungsarbeiten und Handling
benötigt sind) unterstützen. Die Tätigkeit erlaubt eine Übersicht des kompletten Hubschraubers, da Wartungswerkzeuge und
die Bodenfunktionen Schnittstellen mit allen Systemen haben: dynamische Systeme (Getriebe, Blätter, Steuerung,), Struktur
und Innen
- und Außenausrüstung (Landewerk, Winde, FLIR, Radar, Klimaanlage). GSE Aktivitäten und Ground Handling
sind sehr wichtig, da Hubschrauberauslieferungen, täglicher Betrieb und die Instandhaltung der Hubschrauber von deren
Verfügbarkeit abhängen. Ihr Arbeitsplatz wird in Donauwörth sein und hauptsächlich den Hubschrauberprogrammen
H135/H145/NH90/Tiger tätig sein.
**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- Entwicklung, Qualifizierung und Serienbetreuung von Bodenfunktionen
- Erstellung und Freigabe von technischen Spezifikationen
- Management von externen Lieferanten, Herstellern und Dienstleistern
- Organisieren von Validierungstests an Serien
- und Prototypenhubschraubern (Test Vorbereitung, Ausführung
und Ergebnisanalyse)
- Lösungsfindung für Top Company Irritants
- Sie werden für die Vollständigkeit und Harmonisierung den ausgelieferten technischen Dokumenten sorgen
- Sie werden zusammen mit anderen Abteilungen (Entwicklung, S&S, Prototyp Shop, Flugtests, Produktion)
und mit den anderen Abteilungsteams (Maintainability, Ergonomie, GSE Spezialist) arbeiten.
**IHR PROFIL**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium - Ingenieurwesen, Luft
- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau (mind. Bachelor)
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Design Engineer, Engineering, Produktentwicklung, Projektmanagement
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung
- Projektmanagementhintergrund
- Kenntnisse über das Produktsicherheitsgesetz und CE Richtlinien sind gewünscht
- Detaillierte MS-Office
- und Catia V4 / V5 -Kenntnisse
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch und Französisch vorteilhaft
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Verantwortungsanspruch
- Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Team
