Tasks

What are your major responsibilities?

As a Project Coordinator, joining our team offers you an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of delivering culture transformation and change management through our PMO. We are seeking individuals who have excelled within prestigious consulting firms and are looking for a new challenge that stands out from the traditional consulting landscape.

As a Project Coordinator, you will have responsibility for managing a variety of agile client projects. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Planning and executing projects from start to finish, using agile methodologies.
- Identifying, analyzing and mitigating risk for each engagement, contributing to the overall risk strategy.
- Set and continually manage the day-to-day project activities and resources including task delegation, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, requirements, and budget.
- Report on project success criteria results and metrics, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Manage all aspects of project budgets and invoicing together with Finance, while providing insight on improving profit margin.
- Maintain quality standards across all delivery engagements.
- Coordinate and align internal teams and contract-associated partner network.
- Pro-actively seek ways of improving and owning our PMO standards and quality output on a continuous basis.
- Perform process analysis for optimization and improve internal project management methodologies.
- Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature capabilities for the company.Contribute to the portfolio management strategy.

**Requirements**:
What do you bring?

When it comes to the role, you’re ready to go the extra mile for the client, your team, and the company. You have excellent project management skills with experience of working in projects related to HR, Change Management, and Management Consulting. You share similar values to ours and have the ambition to grow to a senior position in our consulting firm. For the role of the Project Coordinator, you also have:

- 3-5+ years of solid experience in complex project management overseeing multiple projects, preferably in HR, Change Management, and consulting.
- Expertise in waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- High resilience and advanced problem-solving skills to manage the daily challenges from uncertainties and volatile client environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a high-level of attention to detail.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of project and productivity tools.
- Alignment to our core values with demonstratable examples.
- Strong sense of ownership and an autonomous working style.
- Fluent in English. Fluency in German or another language is a plus.
