Als Interim Team Lead Accounts Payable wirst du Teil unser Kreditorenbuchhaltungs-Team leiten, das aus 5 Teammitgliedern mit diversen Hintergründen besteht. Das Ziel der Position ist es, aktuell notwendige Reportings effizient und prozessorientiert umzusetzen, das Team zudem im Tagesgeschäft anzuleiten und die Effizienz und Qualität insgesamt zu fördern. Spannende Projekte, die wir aktuell angehen, sind z.B. der Change-Prozess mit der Umstellung auf S4-Hana sowie Prozessoptimierungen im Zusammenhang mit der Erstellung eines Aging Reports. **Was ist Deine neue Mission**:

- Ansprechperson für die Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings, teilweise auf täglicher Basis (z.B. Kreditoren-Aging)
- Führung des 5-köpfigen Kreditorenteams für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von folgenden Aufgaben:

- Verbuchung von Bank-/Kassen-Geschäftsvorfällen sowie Übertragung und Ausgleich von Intercompany-Zahlungen und -Verrechnungen
- Verantwortung der ordnungsgemäßen Verbuchung der Reisekosten
- Sämtliche Aufgaben der Kreditorenbuchhaltung vom Kontieren und Buchen von Eingangsrechnungen bis zur Bereinigung und Pflege der Kreditorenkonten

**Wonach wir suchen**:

- Verfügbarkeit ab sofort oder spätestens Mitte Dezember für 40 Wochenstunden und mindestens 3 Monate
- Mind. 5-8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie langjährige Führungserfahrung
- Exzellente Fähigkeiten in der Finalisierung von Reportings sowie Prozessoptimierungen
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung und im darauf bezogenen Steuerrecht
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel sowie Kenntnisse in SAP
- Idealerweise Bezugspunkte zu HGB und IFRS
- Hohe Gewissenhaftigkeit und Sorgfalt sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Aufgeschlossenheit für neue Themen und ein turbulentes Umfeld
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus
