Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Senior Financial Accountant Accounts Payable (all genders), um unser 6-köpfiges Team zu verstärken. Diese Position spielt eine zentrale Rolle in der Buchhaltung und trägt maßgeblich dazu bei, die reibungslosen Abläufe im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung zu gewährleisten. In unserem dynamischen Umfeld spielen regelmäßige Team-Meetings sowie individuelle Abstimmungen im 1:1-Format eine zentrale Rolle. Mit unserem hybriden Arbeitsmodell hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Arbeitszeit zwischen 2 Präsenztagen in der Woche (Dienstags und Donnerstags) flexibel zu gestalten.

**Deine Rolle**:

- Schwerpunkt deiner Rolle sind laufende buchhalterische Arbeiten wie das Buchen von Eingangsrechnungen, Banken, Kreditkarten, Anlagevermögen und Kassen
- Du unterstützt bei Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlusserstellung
- Kontenabstimmungen zählen ebenfalls zu deinen Tätigkeiten
- Als fachlicher Ansprechpartner:in unterstützt du deine Kollegen:innen im Team und unseren Team-Lead Accounts Payables, bei Kontrollen
- Bei der Erstellung von Analysen und Reportings für interne sowie externe Anliegen wirkst du aktiv mit

**Dein Profil**:

- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Expertise im Hauptbuch-, Anlagen
- sowie Kreditorenbereich nach dem HGB (BILMOG)
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Selbstorganisation, engagierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Team-Geist sowie eine offene, proaktive und direkte Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse (Du erhältst bei uns die Möglichkeit deine Englischkenntnisse mit virtuellen Englisch-Kursen zu verbessern)
