We are looking for a **Working student, Accounts Payable (all genders)**
to join the** **Accounts Payable Team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
**Your Mission**:
- At Central Accounts Payable we process incoming invoices, and employee expenses, support with master data maintenance and take care of payments of incoming invoices and employee expenses.
- These will be your tasks in the daily Accounts Payable business:"
- You check and process expense reports under consideration of policies in Concur
- You create and update training material in Confluence
- You support employees and answer their questions in the ticket tool Jira
- You monitor and clear open items in time
- You contribute to the ongoing standardisation and automation of expense report-related processes.
**Your Heroic Skills**:
- Ideally an internship experience in Accounts Payable for a German company
- Experiences in the use of MS Office, especially Excel/Google Workspace, especially Google Sheet
- You are confident in communicating in English and understand German
- You are open-minded, a team player, reliable, well organized and work independently
- You see challenges as an opportunity to develop and expand your skills
