Wer wir sind?

Die inhabergeführte Agentur wurde 2021 von Raphael Brinkert und Dennis Lück gegründet und hat 60 feste Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in Hamburg, Zürich und Haltern am See/NRW. Arbeitsschwerpunkte der Agentur sind neben gesellschaftlicher Kommunikation und Sportmarketing, die strategische und kommunikative Begleitung von Kunden auf dem Weg zu einer ökosozialen Marktwirtschaft. Zu den Kunden zählen u. a. die SPD, der Deutsche Fußballbund (DFB), Adam Riese Versicherung, Möbelwerke Hartmann, Deutsche GigaNetz, sowie zahlreiche Stiftungen. 2021 wurde die Agentur zur W&V Agentur des Jahres gekürt. Im gleichen Jahr erhielt die Agentur, die auf eine Teilnahme an Branchen-Awards verzichtet, für die Initiative „We kick Corona“ ihres Kunden Leon Goretzka den Fairplay Preis des Deutschen Sports.

Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Bereich PR und Unternehmenskommunikation
- Du berätst unsere Kund\*innen im Bereich Kommunikation und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Du entwickelst PR-Strategien und setzt entsprechende Maßnahmen um
- Du steuerst die Themenfindung und -planung der Medienarbeit
- Du baust Kontakte zu Redakteur\*innen auf, pflegst diese und besprichst mögliche Kooperationen und Veröffentlichungen
- Du schreibst Pressemitteilungen, Fachartikel, Interviews und andere Content-Pieces wie LinkedIn-Beiträge
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg\*innen aus Beratung, Strategie und Kreation zusammen
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und organisierst Media Days
- Du konzipiert einen Podcast

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Kommunikation, Journalismus oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Berufserfahrungen im Agenturbereich (PR, Marketing, Social Media), in einer Redaktion oder Pressestelle
- Textsicherheit und die Fähigkeit, auch anspruchsvolle Themen in spannende Geschichten zu verwandeln
- Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit und Affinität für Herausforderungen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer
