Unser Corporate Communications Team ist für die integrierte und konsistente Kommunikation von ABOUT YOU und dessen Sprechern gegenüber Fach
- und Wirtschaftsmedien sowie in Teilen unternehmensintern und in der Öffentlichkeit verantwortlich.

Als **Head of Corporate Communications (m/w/d)** entwickelst Du die interne und externe Unternehmenskommunikation weiter. Du sprichst die Sprache von ABOUT YOU, triffst die richtige Tonalität und stehst mit Deiner Expertise, insbesondere gegenüber Fach
- und Wirtschaftsmedien, beratend zur Seite. Du kannst mit ad-hoc Situationen gut umgehen und auch in Krisensituationen steuerst Du die Unternehmenskommunikation über alle Kanäle. Dabei entwirfst du in Abstimmung mit unseren Managing Directors ganzheitliche Kommunikationsstrategien und stimmst Dich auch mit unserer Investor Relations Abteilung eng ab.

**Verantwortungen**
- Strategische Beratung und operative Verantwortung für unsere Unternehmenskommunikation
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer sowie ganzheitlicher Kommunikationsstrategien und -programme
- Koordination der Kommunikation in ad-hoc-Krisensituationen sowie Steuerung der Presse
- und Medienarbeit in allen Facetten
- Du entwirfst verschiedene Kommunikationsmaterialien (Kommunikationspläne, Pressemitteilungen, Mitarbeiterbriefe, Social Media Statements etc.) und bist Ansprechpartner:in für diverse externen Stakeholder

**Anforderungen**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der klassischen Pressearbeit sowie Unternehmenskommunikation - idealerweise in einem börsengelisteten Unternehmen im Bereich E-Commerce
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen
- Sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Medien
- und Kommunikationswissenschaft, Journalismus, Mass Communication oder eines anderen wirtschafts
- oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Faches
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten sowie eine eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Umfangreiches Netzwerk zu Fach
- und Wirtschaftsmedien
- Verhandlungssicher in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
