**Projektmanager / Business Partner Industrial Site Hamburg (d/f/m)**:
In this role you will represent the Airbus FMRE organization in front of the assigned business partner and harmonize business requirements with the local FMRE staff. You will be part of the HMGH team, which is representing the FMRE organization in front of the different functions & business partners on site Finkenwerder, Fuhlsbüttel and Buxtehude.
The Airbus Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) Organisation is represented in 30 different sites of Airbus, Airbus Defense & Space and Airbus Helicopters in UK, Germany, France and Spain. We deliver services to people occupying/working in the Airbus facilities, as well as the space management and maintenance of Airbus buildings & infrastructure. Within our Center of Competence for Infrastructure and Facilities we are managing all Airbus Building & Construction projects in the existing sites up to the planning and construction of new sites like the FAL US.
**Your location**
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Represent all FMRE functions involved in the operation of the site Finkenwerder in Hamburg, in front of dedicated functions
- Ensure adequate relationship with internal business partners and understanding and anticipation of business & needs including active demand management.
- Project Management with the scope of outside surfaces at the site and Project controlling of request to the FMRE BP organization
- Responsible for the cost center tracking of HMGH. Ensure a continuous overview on a monthly base of the accounting transactions in alignment with finance counterpart
- Responsible for the coordination of specific topics like seaport, CAD drawings, procurement & support master planning process. Ensure payment of suppliers including internal procurement flows
**Desired skills and qualifications**
- Engineering or Business degree
- Extensive experience in project management or in the operation of production-related or site services as well as in the management of multi functional team
- Communication and presentation skills
- Capability to comprehend complicated facts and present in a simplified way
- Ability to set the right priorities and to make decisions
- Negotiation skills in German, fluent English
