**Das bewegst Du**:

- Du unterstützt die** Transformation bei Vantage Towers** und arbeitest daher eng mit dem Vantage Towers Executive Board, dem Top Management, Corporate Finance, internationalen Einheiten und Geschäftsbereichen, insbesondere dem Head of Strategy & Business, zusammen
- ** Leitung** und **Unterstützung **von **strategischen und geschäftlichen Transformationsinitiativen**, Projekten und Programmen zur **Kosten
- und Prozessoptimierung **im Einklang mit der Finance Transformation Strategy
- ** Unterstützung spezifischer Initiativen **im Zusammenhang mit der Transformation (z. B. COGS) mit Vertretern aus den entsprechenden Funktionsbereichen auf der Grundlage der **Lean-Prinzipien**:

- Unterstützung des** organisatorischen Chancenmanagements **und Aufbau positiver Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere zu Eigentümern und Lieferanten
- Frühzeitiges **Erkennen von Transformationserfordernissen und -hindernissen** sowie Entwicklung von Vorschlägen zu deren Überwindung
- Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen und komplexen Umfeld, insbesondere mit dem CFO, und mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen, Länderorganisationen und geschäftsunterstützenden Funktionen in ganz Europa
- ** Repräsentation der TowerCo **nach außen (z. B. Lieferanten, Dienstleister, Hersteller) und auf Senior Ebene, wenn erforderlich

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Mindestens **5 Jahre Berufserfahrung** in den Bereichen **Finanzen, Einkauf, Supply Chain Management **oder ähnliche Erfahrungen, z.B. in **strategischen oder funktionalen Rollen** in internationalen Matrix-Organisationen
- Ein abgeschlossenes **Studium **im Bereich **Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder Naturwissenschaften** oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einen Hintergrund im Bereich **Performance
- und Transformationsmanagement**:

- ** Lean-, Six-Sigma
- **oder andere **Prozessverbesserungserfahrung**:

- Erfahrung in der **Telekommunikation **oder im digitalen Bereich, einschließlich der Betreuung von Tower-Unternehmen und **Business Carve Outs**:

- Fließende **Englischkenntnisse **in Wort und Schrift (C1), Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
