To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Finance Lead in Berlin who will support us in our growth phase and shape the company's financial strategy.

**What you will do**:

- You manage the financial reporting for MEINE ERDE. This includes monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, treasury and all legally required financial reports.
- You drive MEINE ERDE's fundraising plans and monitor our capital structure.
- You act as a competent contact person for the management team, investors and tax advisors.
- You are jointly responsible for the preparation of monthly BWAs, payroll accounting, annual financial statements and balance sheets in cooperation with our tax advisor.
- As part of product development, you check the feasibility of our solutions from a financial perspective.
- Tax issues are in the right hands with you - gladly with the coordination of external help.

**What you should bring**:

- You have successfully completed a degree in finance, business administration, business mathematics or related disciplines with a focus on finance and accounting.
- You have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in the finance department of a company (preferably in a leadership position), investment banking or a consulting firm.
- You have excellent skills in data analysis, forecasting and financial modelling.
- You have hands-on expertise in budgeting and risk management.
- You can communicate clearly and convincingly in German and English at all levels.
