Finance Leader for Process Excellence

About the Role

Vattenfall is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead the Central Services team. As the Head of Central Services, you will be responsible for designing and executing next-generation business processes for Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Master Data Management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, integrate best practices, and ensure smooth operational performance. Your leadership skills and ability to manage and coach teams in complex circumstances will be essential in achieving Subledger's Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for process design of PTP, OTC, and Intercompany receivable/payable processes.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the use of AI and digital tools for automation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and harmonization to ensure processes are executed with highest quality and efficiency at lowest cost.
  • Lead in expanding FBS Subledger scope by executing PTP, OTC, and Intercompany processes at higher efficiency and quality.
  • Responsible people leadership, including recruitment, talent development, and retention.
Qualifications

We are looking for a Head of Central Services with a relevant University degree and over 8 years of process ownership & improvements experience as a senior leader within the Finance function of a multinational organization.

Your personal characteristics include strong leadership skills, change catalyst, strong communication skills, and analytical skills.
