**Global Head of Marketing and Communications (all genders)**:
**Altdorf (near Lucerne), Hattersheim (near Frankfurt)**

**How you spend your time**:

- Lead the marketing and communication team (3-8 team members)
- Establish the new global marketing and communications department set-up
- Drive marketing and communication innovations in regards to tools, channels and methods as well as ensure an efficient roll-out, globally
- Lead the definition of the marketing-mix internally and externally and develop the content alongside the product and sales roadmap
- Manage the life-cycle of Datwyler:

- online portals (website/s, webshop/s, self-service portal, etc.)
- offline channels such as portfolio brochures, catalogues, customer magazine, etc.
- Gather and coordinate marketing and communication needs from the regions as well as from internal stakeholders
- Drive internal communication of Datwyler IT Infra’s transformation
- and strategy process as well as ensure that the external and internal communication efforts are aligned
- Continuously measure and monitor the brand perception internally and externally and derive corrective measures if needed
- Ensure the Datwyler presence on fairs and events globally in cooperation with the regions

**What you bring to the position**:

- Strong track-record with hands-on experience in marketing and communication activities in an ICT environment, ideally with international exposure
- Demonstrable success and methodological knowledge in product/solution marketing in a German and English speaking environment
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategies for portfolio and/or business transformation projects
- Project management mindset with a strong focus on problem solving, analysis and the capability to communicate effectively
- Economics or marketing degrees or economics diploma or MBA
- Customer oriented personality with a high awareness to manage cost effectively
