Your tasks
- Das Project Management Office bietet Dir die Chance, erste Einblicke in die Arbeits
- und Aufgabenbereiche eines Project Managers (m/w/diverse) im Automotive Business zu gewinnen und diese aktiv bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit zu unterstützen
- Als enger Partner des Project Managers und des Projektteams unterstützt Du im gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess und auch bei Kundenbesuchen hinsichtlich der Organisation, Planung und Durchführung von Projekten. Dies kann z.B. folgendes umfassen: Terminplanung, Angebotserstellung, Vorbereitung von Reportings und Präsentationen, Ressourcenplanung, Planung und Teilnahme an Workshops
- Für einen optimalen Start stellen wir Dir einen erfahrenen Project Manager als Buddy zur Seite, der zusammen mit Dir ein auf Dich zugeschnittenes Onboarding begleitet (z.B. Training in unseren Tools, Trainings zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung, Einblicke in unsere Produkte und Prozesse u.v.m.)

**Profile**:

- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Informatik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einem vergleichbarem Bereich mit
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Projektmanagementmethoden (z.B. durch Werkstudententätigkeit oder einschlägige Praktika) in z.B. Agil, TOP-Down, Bottom up, Kanban, Wasserfall, Meilensteintrend, Terminplanung
- Du überzeugst durch einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und Tools, z.B. MSP, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
- Neben einer hohen Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen bringst du eine sorgfältige, eigenständige und lösungsortientierte Arbeitsweise mit
- Du hast eine gute Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in technische und finanzielle Zusammenhänge einzuarbeiten
- Du besitzt Kommunikationstalent und ein offenes, positives und sicheres Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Nationale und internale Reisebereitschaft (10%) runden Dein Profil ab
