**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
As an intern, you will be able to learn and collaborate with different teams and technologies. We are looking for driven, bright, and well-connected individuals to join our team through our elite internship program for **3 months**. This role will require you to work closely with our business development team, where you will assist with and take over tasks like:

- Sourcing, qualifying, sorting, and tracking leads
- Researching and tracking key industry trends and competitive products
- Scheduling meetings with leads, and corporate partners, and facilitating those meetings
- Supporting the team during and beyond business development events on logistics, hosting, and space organization
- Additional operational or administrative work for the Plug and Play Munich Team as needed

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree required (Anything more than that is a plus)
- Highly motivated work style, strong people skills, positive mindset, and proactive attitude
- Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong punctuality and professionalism in the workplace
