Our client conducts best-in-class aviation research and quickly turn market-driven ideas into products. It uses industry best-practices, such as Agile Software Development, Pragmatic Marketing, gated processes, and self-directed teams, to develop new and innovative digital products for our customers.

Tasks
- Empathize: You will help to plan and direct research activities in collaboration with research specialists.
- Define: You collaborate with researchers, lead the analysis and synthesis of research data, coordinate the creation of journey maps, scenarios, service blueprints, and other documentation.
- Ideate: You lead the team in the development of solutions through brainstorming, sketching, and creation of mockups, ensuring regular reviews and reporting status. You will coordinate presentations and other communication.
- Prototype: You will lead all aspects of building prototypes and coordinate presentations to management and other partners.
- Test: Senior UX designers plan and conduct testing activities, joining efforts with users and collecting feedback. They ensure results are reported and incorporated into future revisions.
- Implement: You coordinate with the development team to ensure proper collaboration and oversee design system use.
- Measure: You work together with data analysts to ensure the accurate metrics are tracked and actioned.

**Requirements**:
You should bring a solid background based on a minimum of 5+ years of relevant design experience (UX Designer, Interaction Designer, UX Researcher, and/or Information Architect) and have an affinity for Qualitative Research, Analysis & Synthesis, Presentation, Facilitation, and Writing.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Longstanding applied experience in design process, design methods, design principles, and a solid intuition.
- Proven track record of working with human-centered-design methodologies on high-quality, digital products.
- Driven by curiosity and eager to work in one of the most exciting industries in the world.
- Ability to discuss eye-to-eye your design work and your rationale behind proposals to internal partners (e. g. Engineering Managers, Product Owners) and customers.
- Ability to contribute meaningful approaches for how to collaboratively run UX research in agile teams by facilitating workshops with team members and customers.
- Capability to creatively synthesize insights, build intuitively understandable insight formats, and drive decision making.
