**Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Berlin suchen wir Dich als Head of Letting Germany (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Planung, Steuerung und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Vermietung Deutschland
- Die Verwaltung des Heimstaden Deutschland Portfolios (Berlin, Hamburg & Region East) unter Berücksichtigung der definierten Ziele und KPIs (Mietniveau, KundInnenzufriedenheit etc.)
- Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse, Richtlinien und Tools für die Vermietungsabteilung
- Dir obliegt die Verantwortung des gesamten Vermietungsprozesses inkl. Residential und Commercial
- Du verantwortest das Reporting über erreichte Ziele
- Diverse Vertragsverhandlungen, Überprüfungen der Kreditwürdigkeit, Beratungen in Mietfragen, Vorbereitungen von Verträgen und Sicherstellung derer ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung und Dokumentation
- Budgeterstellung
- und verwaltung sowie Forecasting
- Du berichtest direkt an die Head of Operations Germany und arbeitest eng mit der Director or Residential & Commercial Letting Europe zusammen

**Was uns überzeugt**:

- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Letting Spezialist, Letting Manager o.ä. - vorzugsweise im Wohnimmobilienbereich (jedoch kein Muss)
- Dein kommerzieller Bezug zu Sales, Vertriebs
- und Provisionsmodelle etc.
- Mindestens fünf Jahre nachweisbare Führungsverantwortung
- Ein starkes Verhandlungsgeschick Deinerseits
- Du erkennst Strukturen klar
- Gute Kenntnisse im Deutschen Miet
- und Eigentumsrecht
- Du sprichst und kommunizierst fließend in Englisch und Deutsch
