**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Du verantwortest als Senior Expert Radio Planning (m/w/d) das Umsetzen von Netzausbaustrategien und Planungskonzepten zum Aufbau bzw. Modernisierung der Mobilfunknetze.
- Du planst Maßnahmen im Radio Netz im Hinblick auf E2E Performance, Qualitätsverbesserung und Kosten (CAPEX, OPEX) in enger Abstimmung mit den anderen Planungsgruppen.
- Du planst Lösungen zur Indoorversorgung und deren Accessnetzanbindung von Enterprise-Kund:innen und strategisch wichtigen Gebäuden.
- Du erstellst Standortdesigns für das Mobilfunknetz und Du entscheidest und legst die Standortkonfigurationen und Systemtechnik fest.
- Du koordinierst und steuerst team
- und bereichsübergreifende Projekte. Dabei nimmst Du auch die Rolle der Kommunikation in Richtung der Stakeholder und mit Externen.
- Du unterstützt die Erstellung von Planungsvorgaben sowie Anforderungen an Prozesse, Planungs
- und Dokumentationstools.

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem für die Tätigkeit relevanten Fachgebiet und mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder gleichwertige, in der Praxis erworbene Kenntnisse.
- Langjährige Mitarbeit und Qualifikation in einem oder mehreren Sachgebieten, intern oder extern erworben.
- Herausragende Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Technik-Sachgebiet.
- Die Fähigkeit und Sachkenntnis, theoretisches Wissen im konkreten Fall nutzbringend anzubringen.
- Fähigkeit, Wissen nutzbringend auch abteilungsübergreifend an andere Mitarbeiter zu vermitteln.
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (B2 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
