**Your Role at Packmatic**:

- Utilize your user-centric yet pragmatic mindset to take a leading role in our core product team and contribute significantly to our overall design practice
- Work closely with our Co-Founder/CPO and CTO, taking substantial ownership of our product's direction, and become a crucial part of our central product team
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their organizations, and their work domain, serving as a cross-functional advocate for the users
- Simplify complex problems to strike the right balance between ease-of-use and utility, defining the user experience and interface, and work closely with engineers to bring your vision to life
- Maintain a high-quality bar and enhance the quality of the craft, such as by improving our design system and overall visual brand

**Your Profile**:

- 5+ years of experience designing products, preferably at a product-driven company
- A true passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, making your designs, decisions, and ideas understandable and actionable to diverse cross-functional audiences
- Detail-oriented work ethic, with the ability to also understand the big picture
- Excitement to work on the ground with our dynamic and motived team in Berlin
- Previous experience in working in complex digital B2B domains is a plus
