**About the role**:
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer who will be in charge of designing new user experiences that combine traditional fintech with the latest technological trends: artificial intelligence, blockchain, passkeys, and more.

This position is based in Berlin as you will be working directly with the Founder and with Product.

**What you'll be doing**:

- ** Research and Testing**: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, iterating on feedback to enhance product quality.
- ** Big on documentation**: Strong emphasis on keeping work and information organized, clear and accessible to help the whole team work smoothly together.
- ** Connect and Collaborate**: Work closely with the Founder, Product, and Engineering (Full-Stack) to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- ** Usability and Visual Appeal**: Ensure our products meet high standards of usability along with offering visually engaging user experiences.

**Who we're looking for**:

- 4-6 years of experience in successfully designing user-centric products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent hands-on experience in the field.
- Several years of experience in UX, UI, and user research as a Product Designer.
- A top-tier Figma expert with mastery in auto layout, interactive prototyping, and design systems management.
- Competency in using Slack and Notion for design documentation, project organization, and team communication.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile platforms.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Worked with Product and Engineering teams in bringing B2C products to market.
- Detail-oriented, yet able to see the big picture.
- Knowledge of usability and A/B testing.
- Meticulous and organized and a problem-solver by nature.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Effective at communicating with remotely located Engineering teams.

**Nice to Have**
- Previous experience working in the industry of Fintech or Banking Products.
