**About The Role**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach to join our team and help design and launch a brand new coaching product. This is a role for designers with a passion and expertise for building new products from the ground up and can work independently on many different tasks with a keen eye on scaling a new business.

**What You Will Do**:

- Join a small and very fast-paced team to shape up our coaching business as a standalone product
- Contribute to product strategy, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and approach to the design process
- Set up the design foundations for this new product
- Conduct continuous discovery and user research to validate business and design solutions and make data-driven decisions
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Developer as part of our "Product Trio" to innovate, design, develop and continually improve the product

**What You Need To Have**:

- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a demonstrated ability to design for and launch products from 0->1
- An innovative mindset with the ability to think strategically as well as "roll your sleeves up" and take onboard a wide variety of tasks as we innovate and scale
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design solutions and how they contribute to scaling the new business. Our team works in a hybrid set up so the ability to work asynchronously and communicate well is essential
- Empathy for existing and emerging customers, seeking to understand their needs and preferences
- A growth mindset and the ability to take accountability and ownership whilst collaborating, having fun and learning as we go
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design solutions from strategic work, and an overall entrepreneurial mindset and approach. Applications without a portfolio won't be considered.
