Die automatisierte 3D-Digitalisierung von Objekten innerhalb des Kulturerbes und der Industrie erfordert robotische Systeme, um die manuelle Interaktion von Menschen mit 3D-Scannern und Objekten zu minimieren. Eine der Technologien des CultLab3D umfasst eine automatisierte Scanning-Station mit einem Roboterarm und einem Drehtisch. Damit kann ein 3D-Scanner bzw. eine Kamera um das Objekt positioniert und verschiedene Ansichten zur Berechnung eines vollständigen 3D-Modells erfasst werden. Für einen sicheren und effizienten Erfassungsprozess ist eine sorgfältige Planung erforderlich, die alle Komponenten der Automatisierung beachtet.
**Was Du bei uns tust**
Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin, den Algorithmus zur Planung von zeiteffizienten und kollisionsfreien Roboterpositionen sowie den Übergängen zwischen ihnen mithilfe von inverser
- und vorwärtsgerichteter Kinematik zu optimieren. Eines der Ziele besteht darin ein mathematisches Optimierungsproblem basierend auf einer anwendungsbezogenen Zielfunktion mit statischen und dynamischen Einschränkungen zu modellieren und zu lösen.
**Was Du mitbringst**
- Gute Kenntnisse in C++, Python ist vorteilhaft
- Beherrschung der englischen Sprache
- Interesse und Kenntnisse in Robotik und inverser Kinematik
- Grundkenntnisse in mathematischer Simulation und Optimierung
- Verständnis von 3D-Geometrieverarbeitung und Transformationsmatrizen
- Interesse an 3D-Digitalisierung, 3D-Scannern und Ansichtenplanung
**Was Du erwarten kannst**
Wir bieten eine Einführung in unsere Verarbeitungsworkflows, die hochwertige 3D-Modelle aus den erfassten Daten errechnen sowie praktische Erfahrungen mit modernsten 3D-Digitalisierungstechnologien. Nach einer anfänglichen State-of-the-Art Recherche, gefolgt von einer praktischen Umsetzungsphase, kann dieses Thema zu einer B.Sc. oder M.Sc. Abschlussarbeit erweitert werden.
