Our company offers a wide range of services, including kitchen design and planning, equipment installation, and maintenance. We cater to various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, and food service.


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant for IT to join our team at our Darmstadt location. This is a part-time position (43 hours per month) that offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Support the Microsoft Office 365 suite and our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including PCs, laptops, printers, and smartphones
  • Assist with various IT projects, including software installations and data management
  • Perform data preparation and maintenance tasks

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems is a plus
  • Fluency in German language is required
