**Dein Profil**:

- **BE YOURSELF** - Sei authentisch und Du selbst
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Meeting
- und Eventverkauf und der Mitarbeiterführung
- Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse
- Sehr Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Verkäuferisches & wirtschaftliches Denken
- Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung
- Spaß daran in einem Team zu agieren und mit ihm erfolgreich zu sein
- Engagement, Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Veranstaltungsanfragen telefonisch und per Mail
- Mitverantwortlich für die optimale Auslastung unserer Veranstaltungsräume aufgeteilt auf unsere 17 Hotels in Frankfurt, Offenbach, Eschborn, Bad Kreuznach, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Baden-Baden, Völklingen und Ulm
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Kostenvoranschlägen
- Aktiver Verkauf unserer Hotelzimmer in Verbindung mit einer Veranstaltung
- Durchführung von Veranstaltungsabsprachen, Hausführungen und internen Absprachen bezüglich des Veranstaltungsablaufes
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Revenue, Reservierung, Sales und F&B vor Ort
- Erstellung von Function Sheets
- Individuelle Beratung der Gäste & Detailabsprache mit Kunden für Veranstaltungen
- Follow up Gespräche vor und nach der Veranstaltung
- Rechnungskontrolle - und Erstellung
- Mitgestaltung zur Erreichung der Geschäftsziele
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Budget und des Forecast
- Unterstützung bei der Teamführung
