**Was dich erwartet**:

- Du berätst Kunden zu Klimazielen nach dem Science-Based targets (SBT) - und Net Zero-Rahmenwerk
- Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit Kunden CO2-Reduktionspotenziale und erstellst szenariobasierte Emissionsprognosen und Roadmaps
- Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Top-Management
- Du arbeitest mit internationalen Kollegen an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsleistungen
- Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Business Development und Digital Solutions Teams an innovativen und datengetriebenen Lösungen

**Was du mitbringst**:

- Du begeistert dich für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit und Klimaschutz
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor und/oder Master) in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Energie-/Umwelttechnik, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, in Fachabteilungen von Unternehmen, in der Forschung oder bei einschlägigen NGOs
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Methoden und Standards der CO2-Bilanzierung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie Science-Based Targets, Net Zero, Strategien zur Dekarbonisierung, Scope 3 Management, CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) und Reporting.
- Du hast eine Affinität zu Zahlen und ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und willst Kunden langfristig betreuen und entwickeln
- Du hast ausgeprägte Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte überzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch vermitteln
