Position Overview

This role is part of the Fullstride Cloud and Infrastructure division, primarily focusing on the DACH region. You will collaborate with a diverse team of specialists who merge innovative thought with advanced technologies to drive progress. Fullstride Cloud Solutions is reshaping the competitive landscape by integrating digital methodologies with industry expertise to deliver superior business outcomes for our clients, in partnership with internal vertical domain teams and leading technology alliances.

The Cloud Solutions Strategist will be tasked with developing solutions that set Wipro apart in the marketplace, facilitating large deal acquisitions, and enhancing Wipro's standing with analysts and advisory entities.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Cloud Solutions Strategist, you will leverage your expertise to formulate detailed solutions that encompass processes, technologies, project plans, and staffing strategies. Your role will involve leading the design of complex, high-revenue custom service solutions by:

  • Translating client IT requirements into specific systems, applications, and process designs for tailored technical solutions and proposals.
  • Balancing sales and delivery needs to create solutions that meet or exceed service delivery expectations.

Specific Tasks Include:

  • Collaborating within a physical/virtual team to devise winning solution strategies and customized value propositions for clients.
  • Aligning technology selections and their integrations with relevant technical domains and practices.
  • Drafting relevant Technical Solution Documents and orchestrating the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements during the proposal and contracting phases.
  • Conducting delivery and risk assessments, along with corresponding remediation plans related to custom solution proposals. Leading approval processes and review discussions to ensure compliance with workflow, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Calculating solution costs for all services in scope, including resource allocation, products, and third-party expenses, adhering to organizational standard operating procedures for cost modeling.
  • Contributing to the development of optimized commercial models that align with custom solution proposals.
  • Maintaining responsibility beyond the sales phase into transition and transformation stages through architecture review boards and innovation councils.

The Cloud Solutions Strategist will act as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders, engaging with Wipro and client leadership to represent the comprehensive deal solution in presentations and discussions.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pre-sales, design, and solutions roles within a global organization is essential.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Conversational proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
  • Strong customer engagement skills.
  • Dedicated to meeting customer timelines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Proactive in executing tasks independently.
  • Self-motivated with excellent coordination and management skills.
  • Adaptable to varying situations in a customer success-driven bid process.
  • Familiarity with public and private cloud solutions and technologies.
  • Knowledge of workplace solutions such as O365, Service Desk, and Service Management.
  • Understanding of next-generation solutions utilizing technologies like Digital, Automation, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Awareness of network and software-defined networking concepts.
  • Comprehension of security considerations surrounding infrastructure solutions.
