**Meine Aufgaben**
- Steuerung, Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Global Regulatory Affairs
- Aktive und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von strategischen Projekten im europäischen und außereuropäischen Zulassungsumfeld, d. h. Erstellung sowie Kontrolle von Zeitschienen zur Einhaltung aller Meilensteine, Organisation und Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams, Durchführung von Projekt
- und Risikomeetings sowie Projektreporting
- Unterstützung des Directors Global Regulatory Affairs
- Entwicklung und Umsetzungen von Zielen und Plänen
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Standardreportings
- Durchführung von Analysen, KPIs, Identifizierung von Trends für den Bereich
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse
- Erstellung von Reporting-Dashboards
**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Erfahrung im Pharma-/Zulassungsumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Arzneimittelzulassung
- Erfahrung mit Change Management Prozessen sowie in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien innerhalb eines Teams
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Fundierte Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit und Sorgfalt sowie Entscheidungskompetenz
- Analytisches, prozess
- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln mit Weitblick
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit
