**What you will be doing**
- Lead cross-functional collaboration within Formo to build and execute a go-to-market strategy
- Steer Formo in becoming the market leader for animal-free dairy products
- Be on top of market trends and research ensuring Formo is informed and in the lead
- Strategize and work alongside team members internally and externally to ensure Formo’s value chain is delivering optimally
- Contribute towards Formo’s sustainable growth strategy

**Who you are**
- Prior experience in defining and driving commercial success for an international (ideally FMCG) company
- Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth phase startup environment
- Ability to focus on both strategic direction while executing with a hands-on attitude
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Cross-functional business knowledge and ability to collaborate with team members internally and externally
- Experience in FMCG supply chain management
- Team-oriented, curious, and open to constant change and learning
- Fluent in English, German / other languages would be a plus
