Plan A has set itself the ambitious goal to support businesses around the globe to decarbonise and deliver on their climate objectives, using science and technology. We offer a software for decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, that enables businesses of the likes of BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé and N26, to successfully manage their net zero journey. Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.
We're seeking an ambitious intern to assist the Customer Support team, with the potential for a full-time position upon completion of the internship. If successful the internship can turn into a full-time position after 6 months. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you
**Responsibilities**:
Provide guidance and assistance to customers in using the Plan A sustainability platform.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Educate customers on how to operationalise sustainability within their business using Plan A platform.
Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
Gather and document customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement.
Create and maintain documentation, including FAQs and tutorials, to aid customers to self-serve.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to carbon accounting and sustainability.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Highly motivated and ambitious
Data and target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work
Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage time effectively
You are fluent in German and English
