**Das erwartet dich**
***:

- Als Impulsgeber:in und Unterstützer:in verantwortest du ein Team von Experten, das die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen im Rahmen von HSS sowohl regional als auch bei überregionalen Projekten innerhalb der KNAUF-Gruppe aktiv vorantreibt
- Mit deiner Erfahrung und in deiner Funktion bist du somit gleichermaßen engagierte und vertrauensvolle Führungskraft für dein Team, Kontaktperson für das Unternehmensmanagement und für alle Knauf Mitarbeitenden
- Dabei kennst du die IST-Situation der regionalen Organisationseinheiten, um zum einen die strategische Roadmap ableiten zu können, zum anderen Verbesserungs
- und KPI-Ziele für unsere KNAUF-Werke in Zentraleuropa zu definieren und entsprechend umzusetzen und zu erfüllen
- Mit viel Realismus, Pragmatismus und Verständnis bist du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Werkleiter:innen, unterstützt sie in ihrer Verantwortung sowie bei Bedarf bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Changeprozessen und Korrekturmaßnahmeplänen
- Bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung global entwickelter Standards bis du dabei und vertrittst die Region Zentraleuropa mit innovativen Ideen und Konzepten. Unsere effektive Safety
- und Shopfloor-Exzellenz sowie ausgewählte LEAN-Initiativen werden dabei unter Berücksichtigung dieser Standards von dir vorangetrieben
