**Your working environment** For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as**
**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Conduct compliance checks of products based on the product information provided
- Independently manages assigned samples and suppliers as part of the product compliance checks using the available templates
- Coordinate with the cross-functional team (supplier management, category management and logistics) to determine the items to be checked
- Identifies discrepancies that arise during product compliance checks and resolves discrepancies, communicating directly with suppliers if necessary
- Maintains the data of the new product portfolio in the listing cockpit on an ongoing basis, e.g. article status, (further) checks in the warehouse
- Handles the day-to-day business of product compliance checks DACH, including correspondence in German and English, request samples, resolving discrepancies, etc.
- Communication with Authorities, specifically in regards to product sampling, complaints and answering of respective complaints
- Communication towards suppliers in regards of regulatory changes and reacts in agreement with the Category Management Team on supplier feedback

**YOUR SKILLSET**
- Completed commercial/scientific apprenticeship or a degree in business administration (BA)
- Profound knowledge of purchasing in the beauty industry and product compliance in retail
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented working style
- Effective communication skills, hands-on mentality, and high resilience
