- You will break down our company's strategy into our digital platforms and develop a corresponding roadmap for your area
- The focus is on the interests of our customers - you will develop digital products together with your team, consisting of product owners, developers, UX and SEO experts, architects and stakeholders in the specialist departments, in an agile organization
- You continuously optimize these, for example on the basis of data analyses, in order to develop and measure clear and comprehensible KPIs and derive activities
- Together with your team, you will ensure that the technical platforms, based on standard software and in-house developments, are scalable and secure and meet our high standards of operation and availability
- To optimize customer experiences as well as internal processes, you drive the use of AI
- You are responsible for a long-term and sustainable relationship with our external partners
- You will work together with the IT management team on our IT strategy, focusing on the digitalization of our customer journey
- Disciplinary management of the teams within the Digital Customer Experience Department and the continuous development of employees round off your area of responsibility

**What** will **convince** **us**
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have digital customer orientation in your blood and sound experience in the conception, support and optimization of digital platforms, especially with regard to portals, e-shops and websites
- You have solid technical know-how in eBusiness platforms and APIs, preferably with experience in SAP CX / Hybris, Coremedia WCMS, Stibo STEP or CELUM DAM, ideally supplemented by experience in software development
- You are characterized by your collaborative leadership style with the ability to communicate purposefully, inspire your team and maintain a strong customer focus, especially in agile organizations
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience is one of your strengths
- Fluency in English completes your profile, knowledge of German is a plus
