We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our B2B team in Berlin or Copenhagen. You will collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, designers, and engineers across multiple squads both in person and remote You will own and drive the design phase of your projects and will experience firsthand how your work has a big impact both on the business and the users. **Requirements**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Project Leadership**: Lead projects with PMs from “problem” to “solution” while turning great ideas into even greater solutions
- **Stakeholder Management**: Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Got a bold idea? Speak up, and ask critical questions - we love that
- **UX/UI Proficiency**: Display strong competence in both UX and UI design, with a significant emphasis on UX
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with PMs, researchers, designers, and engineers to create cohesive and user-centric designs that add value to both our users and our business ️

- **+3 years B2B experience**: Proven track record as a Senior Product Designer in B2B product teams, with a portfolio demonstrating your role working with complex products.
- **A problem-solver**: Our products are tailored to tackle complex problems so you need excellent problem-solving skills and a creative and analytical approach.
- **Self-Driven and Eager**: You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and passionate about product design.
- **Confident and Ambitious**: You’re confident in your approach not shying away from questioning norms and driven by the desire to be part of creating the best products out there.
