Unser neustes Venture Reconic ist eine neue digitale Plattform im Bereich Handel und Vermittlung von mineralischen Bauabfällen und sekundären Rohstoffen. Mit Reconic werden wir den Rohstoffkreislauf in der Baustoffindustrie schließen, somit die Baubranche nachhaltig revolutionieren und einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Reduzierung der Treibhausgasemissionen in der Bauindustrie leisten.

Zur Unterstützung suchen wir Dich als Intern (m/w/d) im Business Development. In deinem Praktikum bei uns arbeitest du direkt mit dem gesamten Start-Up Team und direkt mit unseren Gründern von Reconic zusammen. Du bist daher sowohl operativ als auch strategisch tätig und lernst dadurch alle Facetten des Unternehmertums nicht nur theoretisch sondern auch praktisch kennen.

Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst ein 360° Entrepreneurial-Skillset indem du Themen eigenständig vorantreibst.
- Zusammen mit den Gründern und dem Team arbeitest du an Prozessen aus den Bereichen Sales, Product, Operations und Business Development.
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Company und hast die Möglichkeit, deinen Beitrag zur Gestaltung des Geschäftsmodells zu leisten.
- Du führst Recherchen und Datenanalysen durch, erstellst Marktanalysen und treibst so das Business & Product Development voran.

Qualifikation
- Experience: Deine ersten praktischen Erfahrungen (mind. 1 relevantes Praktikum) hast du bereits in einem Start-up, Inkubator, VC oder im Consulting gesammelt.
- Entrepreneurship: Deine eigenständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich und deine Erfahrung aus dem Startup-Umfeld besonders aus. Du hast eine hohe technische Affinität und als "Digital Native" darüber hinaus eine Passion für die Themen Digitalisierung und Venture Capital. Du bist ehrgeizig, hochmotiviert und denkst unternehmerisch sowie analytisch.
- Leadership/ Work Mood: Team-Spirit und Humor bei der Arbeit sind dir wichtig.
- Qualification: Du kannst überdurchschnittliche Studienleistungen (vorzugsweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem, naturwissenschaftlichem oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt) vorweisen und bist bereits am Ende deines Bachelors, im Gap Year oder bereits im Masterstudium. Im Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel bist du versiert und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch mit sehr guter Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift. Mit deiner Präsentationskompetenz überzeugst du auch auf Managementebene.
- Motivation: Du brennst für den Start-up / VC Markt, für digitale Produkte und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und Ownership.
