In your new role you will:

- **Drive **the **professionalization of project work **at Infineon
- **Improve **our **project execution, processes **and ensure **compliance with established standards**:

- **Be responsible for definition and refinement of ways of working **considering the best practices within and outside of Infineon, e.g. **regarding digitalization, automation etc., **in order to enhance **Project Management tools **in our organization. For this, you will be in a **close exchange with Project Management experts **and other stakeholders **worldwide on various levels**:

- Work out a **common solution **on Infineon level while also **driving standardization where beneficial**:

- **Provide valuable guidance **and support to **Projects, Project Managers and Project Owners. **This may involve conducting **Lessons Learned workshops, **environmental analyses, project setups as well as **developing project management trainings and further development initiatives**:

- Lead cross-organizational improvement projects as a Project Manager, **overseeing initiatives that have far-reaching impact within the company**:

- **Act as trainer **for foundational Project Management trainings, delivering both standard and customized training sessions to **diverse teams within the organization**

You are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working. Furthermore, you focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides. Lastly, you promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **6+ years relevant working experience **in a large, **globally-acting company**:

- Preferred background in **Engineering / Physics / IT studies **, **industrial engineering or similar**:

- Successful track record as **Project Manager preferably with IPMA Certification**:

- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills and Stakeholder Management capabilities, **with the ability to **collaborate effectively across departments **and levels of the organization
- **Strong leadership skills **with the **ability to inspire and motivate teams **to achieve goals
- Ideally experience with **Project Management tools, digitalization, automatization and AI**:

- Preferred Location: Campeon
