- und Hybridstrukturen für Rohkarosserie und Fahrwerk, die bei einem Autounfall entscheidend zum optimalen Schutz aller Fahrzeuginsassen beitragen.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Berichtet an den Leiter Kalkulation
- Erstellung eines Mengen
- und Kostengerüstes zur Angebotserstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit den einzelnen Fachabteilungen
- Überprüfung der Anfrageunterlagen hinsichtlich der Herstellbarkeit
- Optimale Methodenplanung auf der Basis modernster Fertigungs
- und Simulationsprogramme in der vereinbarten Zeit gemäß dem aktuellen Workflow der Prozessentwicklung
- Durchlaufen der im PEP festgelegten Gates im Projekt (definierte Aufgaben)
- Ablage der relevanten Dokumente in der CIM DATABASE, entsprechend dem Workflow
- Unterstützung der Entwicklung/Konstruktion zur Sicherstellung eines fertigungsgerechten und kostenoptimierten Produktdesigns

Ihr Profil
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Prozessplanung für Stanz
- und Umformtechnologien
- Ausbildung zum/r Werkzeugmechaniker/in (oder Stanz
- und Umformtechnik/Werkzeugkonstrukteur mit anschließender Techniker
- oder Meisterausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Stanz
- und Umformtechnik
- Technisches Verständnis der Fügetechnik
- Kaufmännische Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Entscheidungskompetenz und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke
