SAP PM Specialist in Facility Management

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for the SAP PM module within R/3 and S/4 Hana EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) frameworks.
  • Handle and validate invoices within the SAP system efficiently.
  • Generate and manage purchase requisitions, notifications, and orders.
  • Ensure the upkeep of system and master data, including the creation and management of maintenance schedules.
  • Execute and analyze cost center operations through detailed reporting.
  • Consolidate project costs and operational measures to develop planning layouts.
  • Plan cost centers and orders as part of the overall budget and corporate planning process.
  • Oversee requisitions for measures and prepare forecasts accordingly.
  • Manage and supervise all infrastructure services related to building management, including maintenance, cleaning, security, winter services, and key management.

Required Qualifications

  • A completed commercial training program or a degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in the SAP PM module with extensive practical experience.
  • Familiarity with the SAP Hana environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong persuasive abilities.
  • Confident and assertive interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while being cooperative and results-driven.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
