**Job purpose**

Overseeing and managing all DGFF´s mobility activities. Being responsible for the development and execution of strategies to effectively manage the international relocation and assignment process for employees. This role requires a strong understanding of global mobility practices, compliance with immigration and tax regulations, and a focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences.

**Principal accountabilities**
- Support the development of global mobility policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all international assignments and relocations and in line with Corporate Guidelines.
- Design, develop, and implement assignment programs and processes in line with business requirements.
- Support HR with salary package calculations for international transfers of employees, in line with local tax and social security regulations considering local guidelines and legislation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding global mobility matters, providing guidance and support throughout the entire assignment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, tax, and immigration teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and manage immigration processes for international assignments.
- Partner with external vendors and service providers to deliver quality global mobility services, including relocation, housing, and tax consulting.
- Act as divisional representative in Corporate Mobility Committee.
- Monitor and track assignment costs, budgets, and allowances, ensuring effective cost management and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in global mobility regulations, providing recommendations for program enhancements and improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, hiring managers, and employees, to understand business needs and align global mobility strategies accordingly.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- In-depth knowledge of global mobility policies, practices, immigration, tax, and compliance regulations.
- Strong understanding of international assignment lifecycle, including pre-assignment, assignment, and repatriation phases.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Proficient in using global mobility management systems and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global mobility management or related roles, preferably within a multinational organization.
