**About the Team**
The Customer Management team in Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is a global team responsible for leading the execution of the customer strategy and priorities. The team works in close collaboration with other Swiss Re Business Units, Corporate Solutions' executive leadership and Regional Customer & Distribution Management teams that are based in APAC, EMEA, Latin America and North America.
**About the Role**
Corporate customers are at the centre of everything we do The Customer Strategy defines how Swiss Re will answer the needs of large corporates in the areas of risk transfer and beyond using the combined value proposition from across Swiss Re Group and become a strategic risk partner for our defined customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regions and functions in the annual account planning, portfolio review and financial planning of the Managed and Strategic customer portfolio.
- Develop understanding of Swiss Re Group's products and services offerings to support the Customer Management team to translate them into opportunities.
- Support enablement and deployment of market-facing trainings in close collaboration with regions.
- Leverage a data driven approach to provide critical forward-looking insights that will strengthen our customer initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions and Swiss Re Group to enable customer teams to replicate "success stories".
- Support preparation of management reports and presentations to share progress on strategy execution.
**About You**
We are looking for an open-minded and enthusiastic team player who is looking to start their career in the insurance/reinsurance industry. To be successful, you need to have strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm to maintain effective working relations. Are you at ease with leaving the comfort zone and performing under pressure? Do you consider yourself to be a "self-starter", able and willing to take initiative and implement measures in a goal-oriented manner with:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales management, underwriting, analytics, account management or customer success roles.
- Successfully completed university degree.
- Ability to approach problems with curiosity and open-mindedness.
- Capability to derive insights from data/data analytics. #LI-Hybrid
