**Zur Verstärkung unseres Global Account Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen, motivierten und engagierten Global Business Support Specialist (all genders) zur Vertriebsunterstützung. **Erstelle und begleite die Angebote, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Global Account Managern und beteiligten Abteilungen, inkl. Abstimmung mit den Herstellern zu Sonderpreisanfragen, Vor
- und Abschlusskalkulationen sowie die Angebots-Finalisierung.
- Möchtest du zudem der Zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Innendienst sein und Sicherstellen, dass alle Kundenanfragen zeitnah und korrekt bearbeitet werden.
- Auch die Dokumentation und Pflege von Kundendaten, -vorgängen, und Verträgen und u.a. in Salesforce würden zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören.
- **Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du erstellst und begleitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Global Account Managern und beteiligten Abteilungen die Angebote, inkl. Abstimmung mit den Herstellern zu Sonderpreisanfragen, Vor
- und Abschlusskalkulationen sowie die Angebots-Finalisierung.
- Du bereitest die Dokumente für die Auftragsabwicklung vor, überprüfst qualifiziert Aufträge hinsichtlich kaufmännischer Belange, und behältst die weitere Abwicklung im Blick, um jederzeit über den Status informiert zu sein.
- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Innendienst, und stellst sicher, dass alle Kundenanfragen zeitnah und korrekt bearbeitet werden. Du verfolgst proaktiv Angebots
- und Auftragsvorgänge.
- Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört weiterhin die Dokumentation und Pflege von Kundendaten und -vorgängen in Salesforce, sowie der relevanten Kundenverträge.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Kundenbetreuung bzw. im Vertriebsinnendienst eines IT-Unternehmens.
- Du bearbeitest deine Projekte selbstständig im Rahmen vorgegebener Prozesse und Timelines.
- Auch kompliziertere Sachverhalte sind für dich kein Problem, und du erarbeitest dir eigenständig passende Lösungswege. Insgesamt verfügst du über ein gutes IT-Grundverständnis
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft gehören zu deinen grundlegenden Charaktereigenschaften
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Argumentationsgeschick.
- Überlegtes und zielgerichtetes Handeln auch in Situationen hoher Belastung sind für dich kein Problem.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Kenntnisse der Standard MS-Office-Produkte sind vorhanden.
