Deine Aufgaben
- Als Director in unserem Asset-Securitisation-Team bist Du verantwortlich für die Anbahnung, Strukturierung und Leitung von privaten und öffentlichen Verbriefungsprojekten.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden zu strukturierten Finanzierungs
- & Bilanzoptimierungslösungen, begleitest die ABS- und RMBS-Platzierung bei Kapitalmarktinvestoren und bringst bei alldem die Kunden
- und Investorenbedürfnisse gekonnt zusammen.
- Dein Schlüssel zum Erfolg ist Dein umsichtiges und ganzheitliches Vorgehen: Innerhalb von Debt Capital Markets, Syndikat und Financial Markets übernimmst Du die Koordinierung, sodass nachhaltige Lösungen entstehen.
- Du denkst innovativ und nach vorne, stellst Deine Vorschläge für ING-eigene Investitionen auf datenbasierte und regulatorisch sichere Beine und bist stets über alle relevanten Entwicklungen am Markt - gerade in Sachen Verbriefungsgeschäft - im Bilde.
- Unter derselben Prämisse bist Du in der Lage, regionale und produktspezifische Geschäftsstrategien zu entwickeln und die erste Verteidigungslinie zu bilden, wenn es um die Kredit
- und Marktrisiken ING-eigener Verbriefungspositionen geht.

Dein Profil
- Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor oder höher) mit Finance-Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Verbriefungsprojekten und der Verhandlung kommerzieller und rechtlicher Dokumentation sowie im Wholesale Banking und/oder Treasury
- Detailliertes Verständnis von Cashflow-Modellierung, Ratingagenturmethodiken, Swap-Modellierung und regulatorischen Entwicklungen
- Bestehende Kunden-, Investorenbeziehungen und Zugang zu den wichtigsten Parteien in der Europäischen Verbriefungslandschaft
- Sparringspartner für Treasurer, CFO und CEOs und Erfahrung in der Beratung von neuen Emittenten
- Kommunikationsgeschick und in der Lage, ein Umfeld mit vielen Interessengruppen effizient zu koordinieren
- Leidenschaft für Wissensvermittlung und Coaching (insb. Junior
- und Mid-Level-Kollegen)
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch
