Director (Re-) Development and Construction (M|W|D)
für Gewerbeimmobilien

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme der Eigentümerfunktion und ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die

Steuerung und Umsetzung von Neubau;
- Umbau;
- Ausbau,-sowie Instandsetzungsarbeiten an allen von uns
gemanagten Liegenschaften
- Unterstützung des kaufmännischen Asset Managements bei der Erstellung des internen wie auch das für

Dritte erstellte Reporting(s), sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Business
- und Budgetpläne auf
Objektebene
- Erarbeitung von technischen Analysen und daraus resultierenden Handlungsempfehlungen
- Steuerung, Auswahl, Beauftragung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister (Fachplaner, Architekten,

Baufirmen und Facility Manager)
- Eigenständige Führung von Vergabeverhandlungen mit ausführenden Baufirmen
- Baukostenoptimierung im kompetitiven Vergabeprozess
- Auswertung der technischen Berichte und Dokumentation bei An
- und Verkäufen
- Begleitung von ESG - Assessments und Zertifizierungsprozessen

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium (Architekt oder Bauingenieur, gerne mit weiterer

immobilienspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation)
- Mindestens 15 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in der Steuerung großer Projekte
- Umfangreiches Netzwerk zu bauausführenden und baubegleitenden Unternehmen
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse des deutschen Immobilienmarktes
- Sichere Kenntnisse der HOAI, AHO und VOB
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche sowie service
- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisefreudigkeit erwünscht (in geschäftsüblichem Umfang)
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen
- Außergewöhnliches Verhandlungsgeschick und starke Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Leistungsorientierte und unternehmerische Denkweise sowie Hands-on Mentalität
