**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung und nimmst so aktiven Einfluss auf die zukünftige Entwicklung unseres StartUps
- Durch die Analyse interner sowie externer Zahlen und Daten identifizierst du neue Wachstumsfelder und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du definierst und realisierst Projekte sowie Prozesse zur Verbesserung unserer Produkte in den Bereichen Employer Branding & Recruiting
- Du entwickelst ein sehr gutes Verständnis für die Branche, in der wir uns bewegen und verfolgst aktuelle Trends

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -informatik, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Business Development o.ä.) ist uns wichtig
- Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Consulting oder strategischen Management sammeln
- Du hast ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und kannst strategisch planen
- Deine Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
