We are currently searching for a highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join their team in Stuttgart, to manage cyber security risks and provide strategic leadership to our client.



The Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Global Security Strategies: Enhance and execute comprehensive global strategies for information security, focusing on both vehicle and shopfloor security, along with their respective roadmaps.
  • Lead Cyber Security Organisation: Direct and shape the global cyber security team in collaboration with the IT Leadership team and business units.
  • Manage Cyber Risks and Compliance: Oversee the management of cyber risks and ensure compliance with the ISO/IEC 27000 series of information security standards.
  • Collaborate on Security Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the product and service development lifecycle.
  • Promote Security Awareness and Culture: Drive initiatives to cultivate a strong security culture and raise awareness across the organisation.
  • Provide Leadership During Incidents: Lead response efforts during security incidents, ensuring timely and effective actions.



Your Profile and Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience in Information Security: Demonstrated long-term experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or in a comparable leadership position within the field of cyber security.
  • Deep Understanding of Security Landscape: In-depth knowledge of the cyber security environment, including vehicle and shopfloor security.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong grasp of the relevant regulatory framework.
  • Exceptional Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and lead, with the capability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including the Board of Management.
  • Strategic Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
