Working Student Customer Success

We are a distributed team of software developers, regularly meeting in Cologne and Berlin.
We are looking for a Working student Customer Success & QA to join our team.
Your role will be pivotal, supporting the Product Owner by managing support requests, enhancing documentation, and playing a key role in our quality assurance efforts. This is your opportunity to contribute directly to the excellence of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Tasks
Customer Success Management
- Triage incoming support requests to prioritise urgency and impact.
- Provide first-level support by resolving simple issues directly and escalating complex issues to senior team members and developers.
- Monitor support channels to ensure timely responses to customers.
- Collect and compile user feedback to inform product improvements and bug fixes.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Participate in testing cycles to identify software bugs and inconsistencies.
- Document test cases and outcomes for future reference and improvements.
- Assist in the maintenance & further development of our QA automation
Documentation and Training Materials
- Help maintain up-to-date user manuals, FAQs, and documentation.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and howto guides for external users and internal teams.
**Requirements**:
- A passion for building great software with nice people.
- Student in information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
- Good communication skills in both English and German, as we internally mostly speak English, some of our customers however prefer German.
- Couriosity to learning new technologies and methodologies.
**Preferred Skills (but not required)**:
- Experience with a programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript) is an absolute plus.
- Prior experience in a customer support role, even in a non-technical capacity, can be beneficial.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
