Your Tasks
- During the system implementation you will support the HRIS Lead in defining and planning the HRIS roadmap
- Participation in project management for the implementation of new HRIS software solutions and independent execution of project sub-processes in active coordination with all involved stakeholders
- Conversion of the requirements of the functional HR areas into new HR business processes as well as creation and execution of test scenarios for new features and customization of existing processes
- After system implementation, you will support the global HR team and provide recommendations of process improvements, innovative solutions and policy adjustments
- You are the contact person for the prevailing HRIS system as well as other relevant HR system
- Collaborating and coordinating HR projects and external service providers
- Creating and conducting training for specific user groups as well as preparation od ad hoc reporting and analyses as requested

Your Skills
- Job-related training and at least three years of professional experience in an appropriate position or, alternatively, officialy recognized degree in business administration
- First experience in HR Systems/ HRIS or a generalist HR area with HCM components and project-based implementation of systems in the HR area desirable
- First expereince in the area of HR
- Structured, independent and proactive way of working
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Microsoft Office knowledge as well as very good functional knowledge of HCM solutions (SAP HCM, Oracle, HR, Personio, UKG, Workday, especially Excel)
- Very good SAP HCM user skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
