**Group Lead (M/F/d) Spare Parts Management (PM/EPC)**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Ersatzteil-Materialmanagement-Teams (PM/EPC)
- Verantwortung für die Teamergebnisse und die laufende Optimierung und Neugestaltung der Prozesse
- Leitung von strategisch relevanten und abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten
- Wissensmanagement und technische Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter
- Versorgung der weltweiten Baustellen mit notwendigem Ersatzmaterial
- Schnittstellentätigkeit zwischen der PM/EPC-Funktion und den Regionen
- Erstellung und Verfolgung von projektrelevanten Materialbestellungen in SAP
- Überwachung und Verfolgung von termingerechten Lieferungen und aktives Management von möglichen Engpässen und Verzögerungen
- Unterstützung bei der lokalen Materialidentifikation von Ersatzteilen
- Analysieren und Optimieren der Materialbestände unter Berücksichtigung von Tauschgruppen, Varianten und historischen Verbräuchen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten, angrenzenden Abteilungen (z.B. Service Ersatzteilmanagement, Produktion, Bauleitung) in operativen und prozessrelevanten Fragen
- Erstellung von projektspezifischen Materialwirtschaftsplänen
- Teilnahme an materialrelevanten Abstimmungsgesprächen
**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft, etc.) oder kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifizierung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Beschaffung oder Verwaltung von Materialien
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP MM und MS Office erforderlich
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen wären von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einem verbindlichen und wertschätzenden Auftreten
- Ausgezeichnete Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
