**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Stärken der Fach
- und Beratungskompetenz der STILL Verkaufsorganisation hinsichtlich Energiethemen (Li-Ion, vernetzte Ladegeräte, Wasserstoff etc.)
- Aufbau eines vertriebsunterstützenden Energieteams in den STILL Niederlassungen
- Erarbeiten von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen, Produkten und Tools
- Unterstützen des Vertriebes in beratungsintensiven Projekten sowie Begleitung größerer Projekte bei ausgewählten Kunden
- Rückmelden von regionalen Anforderungen an das EMEA Core Team Energy
- Schulung der Verkaufsberater zur Steigerung der Beratungskompetenz hinsichtlich energetischer Themen (gesetzliche Vorhaben, politischer Rahmenbedingungen (Green Deal)), wirtschaftlicher Aspekte (CO2 Foodprint, Abgaben, Förderungen, Steuern, Wirkungsgrade) und technischer Entwicklungen (z.B. X- und C-Line, connected charger, peak shaving)

**Ihre Stärken**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Maschinenbau-, Elektrotechnik
- oder Wirtschaftsingenieur mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Anlagegüter
- Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit guten didaktischen Kenntnissen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
