**Your mission**:
Our Mission is to make the Internet more secure and private. Therefore security is our highest priority. As a security officer at Ory, you have a vital role in ensuring information and physical security.
**What you'll do**:
- You’ll develop, establish and improve the company's security strategy, policies, and processes
- You’ll define security needs, identify risk factors, vulnerabilities and determine respective solutions
- You’ll work closely with the leadership team to improve security and align it with our business strategy
- Be Ory’s voice for customers, partners, and the general public regarding security by responding to their day-to-day inquiries.
- You’ll participate in sales calls, customer offerings, and onboarding activities, write whitepapers and blogs
- Implement ISO27001 and SOC2 and lead respective audit and compliance initiatives
- You’ll oversee testing, deployment, and maintenance of security hardware and software products as well as outsourced arrangements
- Create security awareness within each and every member of the organisation
**Your profile**:
- You graduated in computer science or a technology-related field
- 7+ years experience in an information security role
- You can demonstrate a solid knowledge of various information security frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, system administration and security technology
- English verbal and written communication skills, German is a Plus
- You are open to working in our office at Ostbahnhof for 4 days a week
